VEHICLE CONDITION

Vehicle presented here is in excellent, working condition, with no known mechanical problems. Engine runs well and the responsive transmission shifts smoothly with no signs of slipping or any other flaws, and all equipment is functioning properly. Exterior is in good shape with some cosmetic blemishes. Interior is clean with some signs of wear. Refer to detailed pictures provided for a close-up of the vehicle.

This vehicle has a history of a moderate front underneath damage that occurred some time ago. In the process of repair several parts were replaced including sub-frame and other miscellaneous components. Front air bags deployed, were replaced and the system reset. Air bag system is currently functional. Damages this Acura sustained did not undermine the vehicle's structural integrity. Following the completion of all repairs, this vehicle had undergone emissions, brake, light and alignment inspections and tests, which were necessary to register the vehicle in California.

Due to the fact that this vehicle was involved in a collision, a salvage title was issued on it. Some states require additional documentation and inspections in order to register vehicles with a salvage title. I strongly urge bidders to check with their local DMV or any other appropriate agency to inquire as to what the registration process involves. As far as California state is concerned, all required inspections have already been completed and the car is currently registered.

TERMS

Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early if vehicle is no longer available for sale. Mileage will be slightly higher at time of delivery, up to 2,000 miles. Bidders with 0 feedback must call prior to placing bids to confirm intentions. Failure to do so will result in their bids cancelled.

Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction.

$500 deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of auction.

INSPECTIONS

Although we have done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle, we welcome and encourage bidders to inspect the vehicle, doing so prior to the auction ending. We are willing to arrange and conduct an inspection on the bidder's behalf, but bidder is solely responsible for all expenses associated with any/all inspections.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS

California buyers, as well as out-of-state buyers who choose to take delivery at our dealership, will be subject to California sales tax. Out-of-state buyers who have their car shipped or delivered to them will not be subject to the California tax.

PAYMENT

Buyer must transfer a deposit of $500 through Paypal, or bank wire transfer, doing so within 48 hours from the end of the auction. Remaining balance is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. Paypal will not be accepted for the remaining balance. Full payment must be received before delivery can be made. Have financing in place before bidding on vehicles.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

It is buyer's responsibility to provide and finance shipping or delivery.We will do our best to be as helpful as possible in providing any/all logistical support of this transaction.
