This truck needs some work..Please read before bidding,

This is a 1998 Ford F800 Dump Truck, formerly government owned. The truck has 12,000 Actual Miles on a Clean title. The truck has the 5.9L Cummins Diesel motor that starts up easily and runs great, 6 speed manual transmission. for some reason the BRAKES ON THIS TRUCK ARE LOCKED, The clutch feels good however the brakes  are locked up and I cannot get the truck to move. I am selling it AS-IS/WHERE IS. The plow is included. CALL 1917-450-6913 before its gone.
