1992 Landau 20 ' Pontoon Boat with trailer under it. Pontoons have just been resealed and painted. Has solid floor and new carpet. Rails all the way around. Has Mercury controls ready for your motor. New steering cable. Seats have not been screwed down yet so you can arrange to your liking. This boat also has an area at the rear that you can put a collapsable canvas on (not included) and it becomes a small room for changing or a portable toilet. How's that for convenience! Transom redone and ready to hold motor. Collapsable/removeable ladder for easy access from the water. Upholstery good overall but needs a little TLC as seen in the pics. Bases are molded plastic so you won't have to worry about rot. The trailer has decent wheels and a spare. It was pulled from Tampa to North Florida as you see it with no problems. Front right of the trailer needs some attention. There is a steel piece bolted on for reinforcement and it would most likely need to be welded. Also, on the rear there are some places that would need some TLC. It is a good trailer and can be repaired for far less than buying new. Included also is a Biminim top not mounted to the boat. It is 8 ft wide and will fit the boat. Goes with it, but needs some repairs. this is the perfect boat for someone who wants to save the cash and do a little work to have a nice boat to take out. We got this boat to fix up for ourselves but have too many projects and can't put the time into this one to finish it, let alone take it out when we are done with it so it is being sold. It is incomplete so don't bid expecting to pull it to the dock and go out on it yet. There isn't much left to do and it is described as acurately as I could, but I did want to make sure that was understood. These boats sell for well over $2000 in really bad shape. This one has good pnotoons, a solid floor and Mercury control box. Lots of goodies on this one, and a trailer under it to boot. I am removing the reserve on this as I have to have it sell this week. High bidder takes it home. Good luck!
