1990 Citation 90V Formula Vee with SCCA logbooks dating from 1991 to when it was last raced in 2004. I bought the car over the winter, but due to medical reasons have been unable to race this year so I have had no time in this car! I am 6'-1" at 190 lbs and can fit reasonably well in this car
I was told by the previous owner that the motor is a fresh regional engine that has had only warm up time on it. All I can say is that it does start easily and runs. It has a zero roll rear with Penske gas shock that has recently been charged up and also has Penskes up front. The last 2 photos with the red/white color scheme are the original log book entries from 1991.
The car currently has the short box mounted but I also have a long box that will be included along with the following:
1 new FIA (5 year) 5 point cam-loc harness
2 extra sets of wheels
1 extra nose panel
1 extra upper engine cowl piece
1 extra lower engine panel
1 lot of spare misc front end and other parts
The obvious needs are as follows:
PAINT! as I was in the process of changing the color from the current purple/white
TIRES they are old and probably only good for transport
Left side kingpin
Head restraint pad
Misc other little items that I will try to take care of
NOTE: I have never raced a Vee and am not all that familiar with them so I can't guarantee that there aren't other things that I am unaware of!
I can transport the car in the northeast for a fee that I will have to quote on request depending what the cost of diesel is at but would be at least $1.50/mile.
