Vehicle History and Description

This RSX has a CA Salvage Title due to an accident that damaged the rear end of the car. We purchased it with existing damage to the rear end and had it repaired bringing it back to a nice and clean condition. We replaced all the rear end body parts and had all replaced parts repainted. Everything in the rear such the complete rear bumper, the tail lights, bumper rebar and absorber have been replaced. The front end is all original to the car including all the air bags.

We used all new OEM Acura factory parts to insure proper fit and quality repair work. Vehicle was repaired and repainted by I-CAR certified industry professionals again to insure proper fit and quality repair work. The air bags on the car were NOT deployed and are original to the car.

Car has been laser aligned to insure suspension did not sustain damage from the accident. Vehicle has no problems and drives straight and true. We have taken the car to CHP for Salvage Safety Inspection and do have the CHP certificate on hand. We have the title on hand for an easy and quick transfer of ownership.

Payment, Terms and our General Selling Policy:

If you click on “Buy it now” it means you are buying the car. It does not mean you are making us an offer. If you “Buy it now” it means you have the money in hand and are ready to pay the full amount as stated so please do not “Buy it now” or make us an offer if you are not able to pay.

Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to confirm purchase and make arrangements for payment. A $500 deposit must be made within 24 hours of purchase. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end date. If no contact is made within 24 hours of purchase date we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or sell it otherwise. The deposit made will be forfeited if balance is not paid within the time period stated above. If additional time (within reason) is needed please contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

If you would like to personally look at the vehicle please let us know. We will welcome all walk-in customers to look at the car and test drive it. Also, we will gladly have the vehicle inspected if arrangements to do so are made.

Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle and/or making shipping arrangements. We will gladly help you out if you need our assistance to arrange shipping. All shipping charges must be paid for by the buyer unless agreed on otherwise by both seller and buyer in writing.

We are not responsible for any damages that the vehicle may occur doing transportation. We suggest that you purchase insurance from the transportation company to insure all damages will be paid for if any occur.
