This clamp has some pitting but is original and has the manufacters stamp in the casting. I have been going to Model A National Meets and vending parts for the last 20 years and will be listing here on ebay as it is easier than hauling tons of parts. I do stainless polishing,zinc, cadmium, nickel, and chrome plating and have associates that assist me in restoring original Model A parts. I do my best to describe a part and do make mistakes from time to time. Should you see something that looks wrong, please don't hesitate to email me and let me know. It is after all best for the entire ebay community and I won't be offended, only grateful to be able to correct a wrong description. Should you feel that the part you received is different than what you bought, please don't alter or start any restoration until you email me first to arrange for refund or correction, (Occasionally I have sent wrong parts,ie. 28-29 windshield slides vs 30-31). In the event of my error I pay shipping both ways. Please do not strip a part and expect me to recognize it as a part I sold, have had one problem on this and want to not have another.
