You are looking at a 1997 Fountaine Combo 48'x102" flatbed with the following options:
--wrap around bulkhead with built in storage system (I made it to help with storage)
--light weight side panels all the way around, and a few extras for replacement
--complete tarp with long rear flap to cover everything down to rear entry door (no holes)
--tires have approx 80% tread depth, and brakes on all axles are approx 85%
--two new brake chambers installed 1/08
--coil package, reinforced and gosseted mounts, and dump value on rear axle
--everything necessary to haul steel, and other products- chains, binders, lumber, coil racks, edge protectors, spare tire on rim
This is a real nice trailer that just needs to be hooked to, and loaded. It pulls good, no extreme flex when cornering, and is great for anyone looking to upgrade or just starting out. The money is right on this, and the only reason I'm selling is because I have purchased a new conastoga trailer. If I was going to keep this trailer, I would have it primed, painted, and new mud flaps installed, but I figure that is a great project for the new owner. Feel free to contact me with any questions, and I will get back to you ASAP.
Thanks for looking, and if you would like this piece but are afraid because you live a distance away, don't worry I can give you ideas such as I used to get to CA to pick up my new one.
