The State of New Hampshire has no sales tax and therefore out-of-state buyers are not charged tax. The customer is responsible for registration and any related fees incurred in their home state or country.  The buyer is responsible for understanding the registration requirements and importation laws of the country into which they will be importing the automobile.  eCarPlanet gladly sells to foreign buyers but is a U.S. based car dealership and is not responsible for knowing all possible foreign customs and registration regulations.  The winning bidder's down payment to eCarPlanet is non-refundable.  It is therefore in the buyer's interest to become informed and know the laws and regualtions of their country before bidding.

Fees
For all buyers, a title transfer and administrative fee of $185 will be added to the final sale price. This fee will inlcude a documentation fee, title application & transfer fee, temporary license plates, and any postal fees for documentation shipment.

Deposit
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. If no contact is made within 24 hours wereserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Foreign buyers should be aware of customs and registration regulations before bidding.

Final Payment
All sales transactions must be completed and paid in full within 4 business days of auction close.
