We strongly suggest that riders must wear helmets which should be approved by appropriate authority while riding a vehicle.  Fail to wear an approved helmet may cause badly injury, even death.  Riders must wear helmets in any weather conditions.  Wet weather may reduce traction, braking, visibility and adhesive attraction.  We also suggest that riders should ride a vehicle under clear visibility condition so that riders could be seen by other vehicles.  All riders ride on their own risks. We are not responsible for any accidents or any consequences caused by accidents.

Agreement

By bidding on this eBay item, I am aware of the inexperience may increase danger and possibility of personal injury and disability. Terms & Conditions

The item you are bidding is Brand New.

Payment in any of our accepted methods must be received within 5 business days, counting starts from the next day after the day auction ends. Auction is considered as be cancelled if there is a delay or no payment.

All products are sold as they are in the pictures.  All sales are final sales.  NO exchange replacement.

All products carry a 30 Days Warranty, which covers any manufacturer defect(s) or faulty part(s). However, our warranty does not cover any parts considered as “wear and tear” (i.e. body scratches, tires, and battery).  This warranty does not cover any damages caused by inappropriate uses; failure to follow the manufacturer instructions regarding use and maintenance. We provide replacement parts with reasonable fee charges (normally $10-25). Six months warranty for internal engine parts.  

Shipping damages

Products are with insurance during shipping. If damaged, please contact shipping company immediately for filing a claim report, and notice us within 24 hours. Processing fee $10.00 -$30.00 is required for any replacement on damaged plastic parts.  We will assist you to resolve any problems caused by damage. In the event that shipped products are declined anyway. We can only refund 50% of your payment upon receiving of the returned items.

Please do not bid on the items if you have any disagreement on our warranty and return policies.

If you do not seriously treat bidding on items or never think of paying for it, please do not bid on it. Bidders who refuse to pay will be reported to eBay and have to be responsible for any serious consequences caused by their unwise act. We reserve the right to retract bids from bidders with negative feedback or non-paying history without prior notice. Bidders with minus feedback rating are not allowed to bid.
