• International customers must email us for a total, and a corrected invoice will be sent.
• We accept Pay pal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, all Major Credit Cards and Personal Checks.  Items paid with a Personal Check will be delayed 2-4 weeks for check clearance.

• We also operate a "bricks and mortar" retail store and will reserve your item aside until payment is received.  Customer must contact us within three business days from time of item selection, and payment must be received within two weeks of time of item selection or item will be resold and negative feedback posted unless other arrangements are agreed to.

SHIPPING

• Virtually all items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, weekends and holidays excepted.  If a delay in shipping your item is expected, you will be emailed with an ETA.
• Please read the item description for the shipping and handling charges.
• Items advertised with Free Shipping are only for addresses within the USA.
• We will ship to most Countries.  However, Shipping from our remote location can be expensive, please email us for a Shipping Quote.  International Customers must supply us with Full Name, Street Address, City, Province, Postal Code, Country, and Telephone Number.
• Most items are shipped within the USA via USPS Priority Mail.  Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days.  Other Carriers can be arranged for additional charges.
• International Addresses are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail or International Airmail Parcel Post.  Delivery times are generally 2-3 weeks depending on final destination.
• A Delivery Confirmation or Insurance Number will be emailed to you when your item ships.  It is not actually a Tracking Number, but does tell when and where your item was delivered.
• Insurance is Optional but recommended to cover Loss or Damage.  Please see Item Description for your cost.
• Insurance is Not Offered for International Orders unless the Shipping Method is Upgraded to Global Express Mail for an additional charge.  Please email for a quote if you are interested.
• A few of our items are Drop Shipped.  These items are shipped via UPS Ground service and is not available to International Customers.
• Shipping Discounts are available on multiple item purchases.  If purchasing more that one item, please email us for a Total Price and a new Combined Invoice will be sent with the new reduced shipping total.

RETURNS

• Exchanges are expected and we will expedite your exchange as soon as we receive it, you will only be charged for shipping no restocking fees.
• We will pay all the shipping charges on errors that we may make.
