Overall this trailer is in great shape for the age. It does show some lite wear on the carpet. Sofa and dinette fabric are tear free and operate like they should.The exterior has some dents and dings on both sides and a 1' long crease on the rear left side(very minor,look at pics) L.P tanks are modern OPD style. (not shown in the pics but they are included in the sale) L.P. system will be leak tested after tanks are reinstalled.
My experience is most trailers of this age have at least some water damage and condition issues.(none here)
This one is in great shape. It was traded by the 2nd owner and was used on a regular basis. It never sat at a campground permenently. The customers always towed it around when they camped .
Wheel bearrings are freshly repacked!
Tires show good tread and no dry rott
I feel confident trailer could be towed anywhere in the country!
