We use MIG welding by certified welder. All joints are cut on a metal cutting bandsaw(no cutting torch cuts)

We magnaflux all joints to insure weld penetration (we are the only medium duty trailer manufacturer to do this. the big guys do it all the time)Prior to painting we wire brush all steel, wash down with lacquer thinner and then wash with tri sodium phosphate to insure long paint life.

New feature as of August 1, 2006. The Standard Bulldog dual Jacks are now bolted on instead of being welded on. We used too and all other trailer manufacturers still weld on jacks. If welded on and there are any problems, you have to cut the jacks off and destroy them in the process. We have a special fixture made up to now bolt them on. Ours are removable for any potential servicing of the jacks.

Lengths in 2' increments, but standard tilt portion remains 20',(24'-40'avail). We will create an auction for any specials.

Dual Bulldog bolt on 12000lb jacks. 2speed or electric available.

We use Sherwin Williams Urethane automotive 2 part paint with a integrated gloss enhancer.

Primered and painted before decking. (no overspray on deck)

DOT approved crash bar/light bar which folds up into rear of deck upon contact with ground.

DOT approved reflective tape

Our trailers are issued with an SAE approved serial number and an MSO for you to obtain a title.

We have a 2 year limited warranty. (tires are warranteed by the tire mfg.)

Note: We build to order, you can choose your color of paint. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for build time (please call before bidding to make sure we can build in this time frame, due to our order book), since we custom build each trailer.
