This is an early White M3A1 halftrack w/lights on the fenders. It was converted to an M16 before Bubba turned it in to a winch truck. I have removed all of Bubba's attachments and the M16 floor w/intentions of putting it back as M3A1. This truck was bought from Gary a couple of years ago. It is in running condition, I have replaced the carb, manifold, complete exhaust, and new fuel pump all purchased from Gary Hebding. This track cranks runs and drives using a plastic fuel can as tank. I have all the remnants of armor that were removed and the pintle. The tracks are 30 to 40 %, good enough to use until restoration is complete. What you see is what you get, it has no winch or doors, Someone will get a good starting point. On May-17-08 at 10:40:19 PDT, seller added the following information:I have added pictures to show the floorboards are there w/driver seat, no passenger seat and to see what I started with as far as the rear mods are concerned. I do not have any complete rear armor sections, only the pieces left after the boom truck was made. This track does run and drive, it had been sitting for the last 6 months and cranked without hesitation after priming. It smokes a little at startup, but clears after running and has good oil pressure. | |
