The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
Cash (In Person), certified check, cashiers check, bank wire transfer, or third party approved financing. Please call prior to bidding to insure your third party financing is acceptable terms of payment.
CitiAutoGroup.com charges a $345.00 dealer transaction fee. This fee covers title origination, issue of temporary tag, overnight mail delivery services, as well as fees associated in preparing documents related to the sale. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title or registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. If vehicle is driven on Florida highways and your State is a reciprocating state, we will collect sales tax up to 6%. Credit for sales tax collected is allowed by reciprocating states. The buyer is responsible for any additional tax over 6% to be paid to your home State when registering your vehicle.
We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. CitiAutoGroup.Com recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.
Returns are allowed in the event the vehicle is shipped and you are disastisfied. However, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer.

All vehicles are sold as is with no warranty CitiAutoGroup.com sells late model low mileage vehicles that may still have existing manufacturer's warranty. Aftermarket warranties are available for purchase on most vehicles, in adition to extending you factory warranty. All inspections must be completed and financing arranged prior to bidding. Pre-sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Inspection companies are available on the internet as well as eBay.
We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive negative feedback. Please email or call us if you have negative feedback or zero feedback prior to bidding. Zero feedback bidders who don't contact us will have their bid canceled. Upon final inspection of the vehicle, if it's not as described, purchaser doesn't have to complete the transaction. We shall gladly refund your deposit. If shipping is arranged by the buyer, the transportation representative will perform an inspection prior to transporting vehicle and notify buyer of the condition report. Prior to bidding, arrangements must be made with our company if your vehicle is not to be picked up in person or if shipping is arranged by the buyer within 5 days. Storage fees of thirty five dollars per day incur after the fifth day if no prior arrangement are made. Non paying bidders are subject to a five hundred dollar re-listing fee and also eBay's non paying bidder..s recourse. All non paying bidders that don't communicate with our company are subject to judgments up to five thousand dollars with Broward County Small Claims Court.
