If you are not happy with your purchase when you come to pick it up and it is not as described in the auction you are not obligated to purchase the item. If the item was delivered to you and you are not happy with your purchase we will refund you your cost of the item, once the item is shipped back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible to ship the item back to us.
Machines Specifications : All information is taken from sources demeaned accurate, such as Years, Serial #’s, Weights, Horse Power, Lift capacities etc. We have the best reputation for honesty and the best customer service and we try to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. All of our auctions last 7-10 days so if you have any questions on an auction please contact us through EBay and we will try to respond as quickly as possible.
Hours: Normal hours of operation for Bobcat of Champaign are Monday –Friday 7-5 and Saturday 8-1. We are closed on Sunday’s. There will be an E-bay specialist Monday-Friday within the hours of operations to answer any e-bay auction questions and/or phone calls. Ask for April Griffen and I will try to answer you questions to the best of my knowledge, and get the answers you need as soon as possible. Outside of normal operating hours questions may take longer to answer, but we will be checking for any new questions throughout those times so please be patient as your service is very important to us. Shipping : Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping cost. Shipping arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility. At end of auction contact us to let us know what your shipping method will be, and or if you are in need of any shipping assistance. We use UPS to ship our small items. Tractors, Skid loaders, Excavators, etc. and other large items is the buyers responsibility if unit is not picked up locally. We can deliver within a 200 miles radius from Mahomet Illinois at $2.00/loaded mile on our rollback. Please include city, state, and zip code when inquiring about shipping costs. We have a loading facility with forklifts to assist in delivery and pick up. We are not responsible for the machinery to be loaded off at your destination. If you do not have the equipment to take the item off of the truck, we suggest you try to line something up before delivery. We have a pallet fee of $30.00. Payment: We accept Certified Checks, or Money Orders. We do not accept Paypal for auctions with Machines, Skid Loaders, Track Loaders, Excavators, Machinery Attachments, Tractors, Farm Equipment etc. We only accept Paypal through our Bobcat of Champaign Clothing and Miscellaneous Store. Full payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. Equipment will not be delivered unless paid in full. We do not accept credit card over the phone. You may pay by credit card only if you come to pick items up locally. We reserve the right to relist the item if full payment is not received within 10 days of the ending auction date. If you want this item shipped, it will be at your expense. Non paying bidders will receive Negative Feedback.
Pick ups: All items can be picked up at our location Bobcat of Champaign if prior arrangements are made between seller and buyer. We are open Mon.-Fri 7-5 and Sat. 8-1 for pick ups. We advise you call 217-586-7595 during business hours first, so we can have your item ready. If your put a down payment on your item once auction has ended or you paid in full and you do not pick up your item within 30 days you will loose your down payment, or full payment and the item becomes the property of Bobcat of Champaign. We then have the right to relist the item, and or sell the item locally.
Tax: Illinois residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax, unless proper paperwork can be supplied to prove tax-exempt status.
We reserve the right to cancel this auction if unit sells locally.
6.5% sales tax will be collected as required by law, for Illinois residents and in other instances when applicable. Buyers can be tax exempt if they have proper identification of a Tax ID or AG ID.
