PAYMENTS - We accept check, money order or Paypal. All Paypals and Money Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment (excludes weekends & holidays). Personal checks will be held up to 14 days unless it is a small purchase and your feedback is good or you are one of our many repeat customers. Then we'll send it right away.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - Our shipping & handling charge considers many variables and is designed to keep the total cost to the customer down. We list this charge on all auctions so please be aware. We are not trying to fool anyone. Do the math and shop around. We are confident you will still find the item a very good buy.
GUARANTEE - This item IS NOT sold "as is". It is brand new and comes with a 30 Day Guarantee. We don't just sell it and forget it. We are a business who wants repeat customers and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not then you can return it. You are responsible for return shipping.
COMBINED SHIPPING - We gladly combine shipping to save you money. You pay the full amount of the highest shipping & handling and then 1/2 of any additional S&H charges on other items shipped at the same time. We must ask that customers limit their shopping sprees to 4 days.
INSURANCE - Insurance and delivery confirmation is optional and must be requested and paid for by the customer. We find that the USPS does a great job of delivering our packages safely but we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages.
FEEDBACK - We leave feedback for everyone. We don't wait for you to leave it first. If you do that is great but not required. All feedback is appreciated. Feedback is left in batches a couple times a month so please be patient. If there is any problem with the transaction please contact us first before leaving bad feedback and we will try to straighten it out.

INTERNATIONAL - We gladly accept international orders. International payments must be in US funds via International Money Order or Paypal with good rating.
