Fee and Tax Information: Illinois Residents are subject to all local and state taxes and fees.
The State of Illinois has an agreement with the following states to collect a percentage of their state taxes. (Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and Vermont) The collected percentage is then forwarded to the state in which you are registering the vehicle. It is a ONE time fee & you will receive Documentation from us that you paid this tax at time of purchase.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. In addition to the price of the vehicle, a document fee of $150.00 and a $20 Drive-away fee (Non- Illinois residents) is applied to the final price of the vehicle. Illinois residents are subject to all local registration fees and taxes. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly assist you.

As the buyer, you are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise noted or discussed prior to purchasing the vehicle. As an added service for our clients, we can assist you by negotiating shipping charges for you. All of the shipping companies we recommend are dependable and insured. Please keep in mind when a vehicle is being transported, there can be some unforeseen circumstances that can delay delivery. (ie. Weather, traffic, holidays, etc.) Carsource USA assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after your vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
