pioneered by Alpenlite and are hand laid
and rolled ensuring exact fit, finish and
superior quality.
2. A unique front support box under the front
cap insures impact resistance, wind
deflection, and proper support against
inward depression in even the most
severe conditions.
3. 3 1/2" tapered polystyrene block foam
insulation with 1/4" AC marine grade
plywood finish the aluminum framed, fully
vacuum bonded roof with EPDM seamless
rubber sheeting crowned specifically
for water drainage.
4. An exclusive spline application of the
Brite-Ply ® roof membrane eliminates virtually
hundreds of staples and minimizes the
possibility of water intrusion.
5. Interior vinyl wall covering, 2lb. polystyrene
block foam and a luan protective
weather barrier next to the outer fiberglass
skin provide incredible strength,
insulation and 100% total lamination and
vacuum bonding of all components.
6. Alpenlite’s smooth Fiber-Span ® high gloss
gelcoated exterior surface provides an
automotive look and is almost 4 times
thicker than most other fiberglass
products.
7. Air conditioner ducting is routed though
3 1/2" block foam insulation and foil lined
Amoco ® board eliminating condensation
and heat transfer, while providing more
efficient cooling.
8. Solarcool mirror reflective windows are
33% thicker than other commonly used
glass for increased strength and thermal
insulation. The mirror reflectivity adds
privacy while controlling interior
temperature and blocks out 94% of
damaging ultraviolet rays.
9. Fully aluminum framed, welded 45˚ corners
and rubber bulb and blade seals provide
strength and weather protection.
10. Custom designed aluminum framed and
insulated flush slide-out floor. No uninsulated
plywood floors that decrease R
value and cold weather comfort. Exclusive
flush floor slide-room flange with Ultra-
High Molecular Weight Plastic (similar to
Teflon ®) strips. No rollers to groove the
exterior floor and cause misalignment.
11. 1 1/2" x 11/2" complete welded aircraft quality
6005 T-5 aluminum alloy tubing, with
1 1/2" x 3" main floor tubing. Characteristics
of 6005 T-5 aluminum alloy are increased
weldability creating stronger joints, lower
heat and cold transfer, increased thickness
and higher tensile strength than
most commonly used tubing.
1. All living and galley slide-out rooms are driven
with Power Gear ® heavy duty electric motors
and rack & pinion gearing for easy operation.
2. Accu-Gauge ® waste tank monitoring system
that senses tank level by electric impulse.
No tank probes to leak or attract build-up
for inaccurate readings.
3. The fresh water and waste tanks are well
insulated, heated and mounted between the
frame rails for a low center of gravity.
4. 16” clear coated chrome automotive style
wheels and Goodyear ® tires assist in capacity
and ground clearance.
5. Sturdy structural C-channel steel main frame and
undercarriage is engineered and manufactured in-house
ensuring structural integrity, proper weight distribution,
maximum payload and will accommodate an oversized
slide-out room. Structural C-channel provides 24%
greater yield strength than competitor’s comparable
welded I-beam chassis.
6. 5/8" Sturdi-Wood® floor decking eliminates multiple
seams and annoying squeaks.
7. The unique “drop chassis” design provides additional
height to the storage compartment for handling of bulky
items without increasing the unit’s exterior height.
8. Electrical wires are run through the floor areas in hard
plastic tubes for protection.
9. The exclusive Nyla-Track ® is a conveyor system that
houses all electrical and LPG lines that move with the
slide-out room to protect from pinching, chafing and
causing dangerous leaks. Only Alpenlite uses this
proven system.
10. A crank down spare tire mounted below the floor
provides proper weight distribution and eliminates
damage to the rear cap caused by road vibration.
11. Dual motor front jacks (optional most models)
provide proper leveling on uneven terrain,
are mounted outside the frame for
stability and have Snaps ® easy
release jack leg pins.
12. Standard Nev-R-Lube ® axles, Gabriel® shock
