Up for auction.  Race ready.  1973 Chevy Vega drag car. This is a 2349 lb car that runs 6.60 in the 1/8 and 10.77 in the quarter. This car is very well built and can run back to back runs all day long. The motor is a 377 small block Chevy that will spin 8700 rpm all day.  It has a Bowtie block, nitrided Gm crank, Lunati 4340 6.0 rods,  Je pop ups, Dart cast heads 2.08/1.6,port matched Dart intake, Lunati full roller with stud girdles, 4150 series, Holly 950 carb just rebuilt.  Mallory hyfire system w/dual rev control and memory tach, lexan windows, and the list keeps going on.  I have all invoices to show for it.  The motor was just freshed up and only has 5 passes at Pinks arm drop in Woodburn Or. The powerglide has all the best with 5k stall and trans brake, Dutchman drivelive and axles, 9" w/5.29 spool,  and wheel bars.  All tucked into an Art Morris chassis. Flexplates, belts, nets, and shields are new and up to date.  New dual master cylinder system brake to get it slowed down.  I am hanging up drag racing.   I have done everything I set out to do so now it is someone else's  turn to have a good time.  My racing suit, gloves, shoes and helmet go with the deal.  This is a turn-key ready to race car.  Needs nothing.  You can not build the motor for the price I am asking.  This car leaves hard and goes straight.
