Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is also due within 24 hours of the auction's end. For buyers who end up taking full ownership of car, the deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the vehicle. For those who do not complete the transaction in any way, the deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions whatsoever.
The remainder of the balance due must be paid within 5 days of auction's end. If no contact is made from buyer to seller within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-sell the vehicle to another buyer.
For non-Ebay buyers: A non-refundable $500 deposit is required for us to hold the car for you up to seven consecutive days. If you do not complete the transaction by paying for the vehicle in full, then we reserve the right to keep the deposit and sell the vehicle to a new buyer.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. If financing, be sure your financial institution accepts the year and mileage of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange definite financing prior to bidding.
Buyers are responsible for pickup and/or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly help you make arrangements. You can also locate shippers via on online search for "auto shippers".
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume that anything not listed is or might be included. We reserve the right to cancel offers/bids for any reason at our discretion. We reserve the right to end an auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.
