Up for auction is a fresh, newly built, Circle Track 1996 Dodge Neon Spectator Hobby Stock race car. New tires 10 laps on them paid $ 230.00. New straight pipe exhaust paid $ 185.00 ( I have reciepts for both within the last 3 weeks). I need to sell this car to buy another one to move up a class.

The car is complete and race ready turn key ready to go.

The car was street legal and had approximately 112,000 miles on in when it was gutted to be made into a racecar.  The car was actually born a Plymouth Neon with a 2.0L SOHC and 5 speed transmission in it.  The car was gutted completely down to the shell with exception of the rear suspension and fuel tank.  The front cradle was replaced with one from an automatic Neon in accordance with the rules where this car was going to be raced.  It has a brand new SOHC remanufactured long block engine installed with a stock Neon automatic transmission.  Everything in and on engine is brand new.  There was a 4 point cage installed that was professionally pre-bent and notched.  The drivers door has 3 bars and 2 on passenger side.  Doors are gutted so the door bars go all the way out to door skin.  There are 2 down bars off rear of cage that are welded to rear strut towers, there is a dash bar that as 1 windshield bar and there is also a petty bar installed.  The front windshield was removed and replaced with high dollar scratch resistant lexan.  Any questions, just ask.

The car is freshly painted and lettered as you will see in the pics.
