It has very little rust. It is starting to rust underneath the windshield but is minimal and could be easily fixed. All the glass is in good shape besides the windshield which has cracks. The tires are in good condition also. INTERIOR The interior is in overall good condition besides the front two seats which are covered with sheets because they're in poor shape. There is a few minor tears in the back bench seat. The Pop-Top works great but the canvas is original and very fragile. The canvas is torn and fragile but mainly intacked. The top bed and childs cot for the front are included but need to be recanvasted due to rips (This would be very easy). The radio has been removed from the dash and installed on the side of the seat. It still works fine and has a cassette player. ENGINE This bus is equipped with a 1700cc engine. This engine was installed by the previous owner. I'm unsure of how many miles this engine actually has on it but I believe it has very little miles. This bus has been sitting since last summer besides the moving it for street sweeping 3 or 4 times a month. The motor ran good last summer when I took the bus on a Baja surf trip (about 600 miles total). It will sometimes run really strong but sometimes it will run weak and break down after short drives. I just don't have the time to look at it as I'm away attending college.I think it just needs to be driven and minor adjustments due to minimal driving over the last 8 months. WHY I'M SELLING THIS BUS I love this bus and have spent some great days traveling in it and other westy's. I don't have the time to travel in it anymore. I would love to keep it but I'm dedicated to college for the next few years. It is located in southern california but I have to find a new place to store it which is the main reason why I'm selling it now. It is currently at my brother's house (Pacific Beach, CA) and he can show the bus when available. My loss is your gain. I hope the new owner can take this bus on the amazing adventures it was built for.
