This is a 1988 Regal Medallion 185. The hull is in good condition. The previous owner removed the floor, but I am unsure why. The stringers are in good condition and the floor is foam filled. All it needs is plywood and carpet. If anyone knows how to do this kind of work, they can buy a pretty boat for a low price.

The motor is a 3.0 4 cyl. Chevy engine and is not frozen. The starter is missing, but my mechanic put a screwdriver against the flywheel and turned the motor (not seized). The steering and gauges are all there and the steering works easily. The bow rails are in excellent condition. There is a dive platform as well.

The outdrive is a Mercruiser 3.0 Litre Alpha One and is in near perfect condition with XD Rams. Look at the prop, it is stainless steel and in perfect condition. It is a power tech prop and the pitch is 17.

The trailer is a Regal and I believe they only made galvanized trailers. Someone has put aluminum paint on it, but it is in good condition. The tires are 14”, the fenders have surface rust and could use paint. There is a winch and a trailer jack.

So, look closely, this could be a beautiful boat again with a little work.
