I just put a brand new battery in it  also brand new coil pack and eight new motorcraftspark plugs.The vic has 97270 on it now ,miles will go up a since I enjoy driving her every day . I have put a thousand miles on her, shes drives great and very tight.She drives like new ,I love to drive her she cruises down like highway like a new car,but without the new car price.This vic has very nice tinted windows and power windows and locks ,all the manuals and even some sheets that  show the maintence records.You can come and take a look and test drive .I also drive a 1999 crown vic with 170131 miles and she to runs great,so this 2003 has tons of miles left on her .I forget to tell you is has freezing AC .Sold in florida 7% sales tax due like always any ? please can 727-542-5745 SOLD AS IS
