1973 25ft 5th wheel w/ clear title. I have owned for 2 seasons. It is located in a camp ground in Malvern, OH.

Air conditioner is there but doesnt blow cold air (unkown reason)

Refrig. worked great at the end of last season (was replaced by the couple we bought the camper from)

Plumbing works but there is NO hot water. The hot water tank has been by-passed (it was like that when we bought it). I bought a instant hot water attachment for the shower but never installed it. It is included with the camper purchase (new in box pd approx. $100.00).

I DO NOT have the attachment for the back of a truck to move the camper (the accual 5th wheel attachment)

The roof leaked around the air conditioner during heavy rain last year and would drip due to seal going bad.

The lot fee will need to be paid by buyer or immedatly moved out of the camp ground. Last year the lot fee was between $700.00 and $800.00. If left in camp ground there is someone there that will move it to a different lot if buyer wants for about $50.00 (but can be left on lot where it is now).

There is a awning on the door side, but we never used it, the condition is unknown.

The camper is in pretty good shape for the age and worked great for my wife, two small boys, and me. The purchase of a new house left no time for the camping thing.

A $100.00 non-refundable payment is due within 24hrs of end of auction via pay-pal. Balance is due with in 2 days by pay-pal, cashier check, or cerified check (pay-pal is preferred).

The seller is selling this camper as-is with no stated or implied warrienties. Buyer assumes all fees and or taxes for title transfer. Buyer is required to move or make arrangements with camp ground owner for lot fees immedatly at the end of the auction.
