The title is a clear title from Michigan but was never transfered to me. I have signed it and have a bill of sale from the previous owner. I think you will just need a bill of sale from me. We bought it and now my wife wants a smaller one so we didn't get it transfered. Please check with your bureau of motor vehicles before bidding. The motorhome is solid and I drove it 450 miles home from Michigan with no problems. The ceiling had leaked at one time and the previous owner had replaced it with what you can see in the pictures. The exterior is a little rough as you can see from the picture but could be repaired and painted if you want to spend the time. It has a water heater, fresh water holding tank, water pump, stove. The air conditioner works. I used it yesterday. It does not have a refrigerator in it. It has a place for one but it was gone when I bought it. The furnace needs the gas solenoid replaced. The previous owner used it by bypassing it which is not safe. I think you can get one on ebay for under $50. I have two factory manuals for the motorhome that will go with the sell. I had also bought an onan generator for it that will go with the motorhome as well. It does not run and is missing a few parts so I had bought two manuals for it so I could fix it and they will go with the sell as well. The awning is there but I'm unsure of the condition. Have not pulled it out. The previous owner told me you have to retract it by hand. The motorhome needs some work but could be nice with a little work or you could use it as is without the refrigerator. The items in the pictures do not go with the motorhome with the exception of the tv that is mounted in the rear bedroom. It will stay.
