Payment must be received within 10 days as auction ended or order might be delayed or cancelled.

• All shipments are made via Fedex or USPS either by regular airmail (3-5 days), First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on the types of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 3 business days.

• Please state your name, shipping address and eBay item number clearly on Money Order / Cashier's Check. Payments with uncleared information or eBay item number will delay your shipment..

• All items must be paid within 14 days, or an unpaid item notification will be filed, and item will not guaranteed in stock.

• We highly recommended professional installation for all products.  Installation instructions are not included in some products.  If item is claimed as not fit, professional proof is required.

• All sales are final, no refund is available if customers bid the wrong item.  We will exchange items only if the item is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped. Please give us a reasonable amount of time for the exchange process.

• If item is found defective upon arrival, we will help to do an insurance claim only if customer can provide pictures through email to show the defective part. We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customers. Please inspect products upon arrival, no claim will be honored 7 days after delivery.  No return will be accepted 30 days after delivery.

• Any returned package without contacting us about the situation will be put on hold until we got more information.

• All return items must be in brand new condition & RMA number issue by our company which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fees will be charged.

• Once the RMA number is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the items are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA number.

• Please contact us if you cannot receive the item after 30 days by E-mail. We will contact the USPS or FedEx. If they confirms the package lost, we will send the item to you again.

• Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us first so we can help you with the damage claim and the replacement shipping. Our customer representative will guide you step by step for the exchange process.

• All international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes, Canada buyer are also charged a custom/brokerage fees, these fees are not charged by from-zeroto, these fees are not included in the total amount of the auction. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to Fedex.

• In case the item is back order, we will inform our customers about the approximate wait time.  If customers do not want to wait, we will offer full refund and close the auction.
