This auction is for CNC machining ONE (1) of your Chevy, Ford or Dodge right or left Dana 44 steering knuckles to accept aftermarket Hysteer arms. Machined flat then drilled and tapped 9/16-18 in the common 3 bolt pattern.
One of my CNC mills has been dedicated for this operation. I have done several hundred knuckles over the last few years as well as providing billet steering arms for local area busineses.
I prefer the knuckles to be clean (sandblasted not required) ball joints and spindle studs removed. Please for your sake do not remove the steering stop bolt. Knuckles will fit in a USPS flate rate priority box that will arrive in 2-3 days for $8.60. That would be the most ecconomical way to ship them to me.
Some Ford knuckles may not cleanup 100% on top. These knuckles are rounded toward the front on top and need extra material removed (down to the base of the balljoint pocket). I have only seen about a dozen of these and have not been informed of any issues with those that I have done.
