Hygrade brand - Carburetor rebuild kit. Kit#588A. Instructions indicate it is for the rebuild of a Rochester 4 barrel carburetor. Rochester models 4MV & 4MC. There is a number at the top right corner of the instructions ( GF3687-10 ) that may be helpful for determining application but I don't know what it specifies. The kit is still in original shrink wrap. The box itself is a bit beat up but there is no apparent damages to the kit itself. Gaskets in the kit show no breakage. Check with your local Auto parts store for applications.
