We do accept PayPal, Bank Wire transfers, Money orders, Cashier's checks and personal checks. All International Orders shall be paid through Bank Wire Transfer only (on Selected Countries) All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Money orders, Cashier's checks and personal checks must clear in the bank before the item can be shipped. (Please allow us 7-10 business days to process) International Orders, payment can be made through PayPal. We might require a different payment method for any international order. We are not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fee's and the like for our international customers. Payment is requested within 7 days of auction close. We will ONLY ship to the shipping address that is on PAYPAL account!!
Buyers will get an automatic email with tracking number as soon as the order is shipped out. PO Boxes / APO's / FPO's will be shipped through USPS and AK, HI, and PR residents and International orders will be shipped through FEDEX or USPS with our discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). We only have a shipping cost for physical address in US and Canada on the listing. For all other international countries, APO/FPO, HI, AK, PR and PO Box, Please contact us for shipping quote to you place. Physical Addresses for Canada orders will be shipped UPS Standard or FEDEX International Ground (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees and any other fees that might be assigned for our customers in Canada or internationally. We ship all our orders with insurance. Insurance fee will apply!
HANDLING FEE:
We do charge handling fee which will be included in our shipping charges Handling fee brake down covers packing materials and handling process required to get the item safely packed in order to provide the maximum protection and service for the buyer. Handling fee might include a required signature fee as well.
Warranty:
All products we sell include warranty by Audio-Club.
We offer a full one year warranty or as stated above on new items for any manufacturers defects, and 90 days for any refurbished item. Damaged items must be reported to us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours weekend is an exclusion, and an RMA number will be issued. You have 7 days to ship the item back to us to process the warranty, over 10 days RMA number will not be accepted. When returning an item for warranty, please make sure to send the item in its original packaging with all the packaging material unless noted by us. We can only accept warranty with an RMA number. UNATHORIZED return will be denied and will be shipped back to the customer. NOTE: Write the RMA number on top of the box. Please make sure to keep all the tracking information until item has been successfully warranted. Inadequate handling and abuse included, but are not limited to, burnt voice coils, punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates will not be warranted. We will not consider any installed item as a return or Damage On Arrival item! (DOA) Please allow us up to 14 days or unless noted by our Returns Department from the day we received the DOA item to process the warranty. DOA products will be replaced with the same item ONLY or REPAIRED, provided that particular item is still available and in stock. Damaged products are subject to repair or replacement subject to Audio-Club's discretion. NO REFUNDS!! Sorry. We charge 20% re-stocking fee for items that are being returned as long as it is in a brand new condition or has not been installed. For items that are being returned but some parts are missing or original box is damaged or torn we will charge more than 20% re-stocking fee as we might not re-sell the item anymore.
