I have an 8'  unsinkable Porta-bo. They are made to never fail you in the ocean (Mind you its a small craft). With the boat comes 2 seats for the 8' ,1 transom, nose guard, and a set of oars.

I have been tryng to sell them as to help pay for my sons  college fees. And im willing to sell them less than I have bought them, although they are still brand new right out of the box.

They collapes roughly to the size of a surf board and all seat and boat combind  weighs 47 lbs.   

They are great for camping and fishing, or even as a safe boat on the back of a larger boat  as a dingy.  there even good for crusin the river or lakes (even ocean when calm enough).
