 VEHICLE DESCRIPTION:

Here is a beautiful 1998 Mazda 626 ES 4 Door Sedan, with Automatic Windows and Door Locks, Don't let 140,861 miles scare you...this car runs very well and has Ice Cold A.C.  It has a strong running engine and smooth shifting transmission.   It starts right up and the outside is in good shape free of rust.  Of course there are a few minor dings and a few small scrapes on the exterior, but overall it is in good shape. The lower portion of the passanger side read door has a scrape on the paint that is not very noticeable and the drivers side rear wheel has one lug nut that has been broken, but shouldn't be an issue since this is a Front Wheel drive car.  Otherwise the the exterior of the vehicle is in good shape.  The tan paint really shines like new and there is no fading paint. 

The interior is in good condition with and the beautiful tan leather seats are in good shape.  There are only 2 small tears on the drivers seat.  We are repairing them.  Otherwise, NO tears in the leather.  There are a few minor stains on the carpeting, but overall the interior is in good condition.  The car has a Clarion Stereo with a 6 Disc. CD Changer.  The music sounds great..    This Mazda runs great and I have driven around and have not experienced any problems. 

The Body to this vehicle is in good shape and the original paint still has a nice finish with no fading paint.  The Mazda gets good gas mileage and is dependable transportation that looks very nice.  All of the power windows work and power door locks work.  The remote keyless entry works without any problems.  There is one (1) remote keyless remote.    The tires are practically brand new and have a lot of tread remaining and there is a spare tire.

The Engine Runs Well with No Funny Sounds or Smoke.  The transmission shifts nice and smooth.   Don't let this car get away.  It is dependable transportation at a fantastic price.

3)   ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE MADE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, (24 HOUR NOTICE) ONLY AFTER A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. NO DELIVERIES WILL BE SCHEDULED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Brevard County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non paying bidders will be held liable for a $300 re-listing fee that if not paid, will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus.  WE ONLY CHARGE A DEALER TRANSACTION FEE OF $199.00.    This is to cover our expenses, such as (but not limited to) listing, temporary tags, courier services, requisite paperwork, and title assignment as well as NO CHARGE pickup service from West Palm Beach International Airport to our facility, Detail on all cars, fluid check and change, if needed on all cars,  and Mechanical Safety Inspection on all cars.  Florida residents add 6% to 7% sales tax and registration cost, based on the county where you reside.   We cannot release any title, regardless of any situation until the full payment for this vehicle will clear in our bank account.

THERE ARE NO B.S. OR JUNK FEES ASSESSED. THERE ARE NO OTHER NONSENSE FEES.

All vehicles not picked up after 14 days from the close of the auction will be subjected to a $20 a day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made beforehand (please keep us informed...WE WILL WORK WITH YOU...JUST LET US KNOW).

These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price.

Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars.
