We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Terms and Conditions
Once an auction is completed you must put a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and if not received within 24 hours of the end of the auction, you risk a no-sale default.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. However, we can provide assistance and help set up the shipping process.
These vehicles are pre-owned vehicles and are sold as AS-IS. However, some have factory warranties still remaining, while extended service agreements may be purchased on most others.
Applicable Fees
All sales are subject to $199 processing fee which is applied to the cost involved to inspect, fully detail, and process paperwork for each transaction.
Residents of Georgia are subject to their applicable tax rate depending on their county of residency.
Residents of other states will be responsible for all their applicable city, county, and state taxes as well as tag and title application fees for their individual location.
