This auction is for a 2004 Rauen Custom built race trailer. It is used but has less than 20,000 miles on it. Overall length is 28' 2", deck is 16' wide, it is open in the middle and the deck plates are angled for ease of cleaning vehicles, (7' 5" between fenders, so it will also haul a later model). The tool box is 4' 4" high x 4' wide x 6' 6" deep. The doors and top are made of 1/4" aluminum. There is an 8 place tire rack, a 6 ton winch and room for a large generator between the jack and toolbox.
The current owner replaced the bearings and brakes during 2006 winter. There is some superficial rust on the deck and a couple of small dings on the fenders but nothing too unsightly. It has been stored inside since new. The fenders are removable and there are concealed, pull-out ramps in the rear of the deck. The axles (2) are 3,500 lbs load bearing and have grease buddies. The tires are all roadworthy, one is in very good condition, two-good and the 4th will need replacement in a few hundred miles. This trailer is unique but similar to a Pete Parker Trailer, a comparable new trailer would cost $7,800 , and you don't see many used trailers of this type, in this good a condition. There is NO RESERVE!

SHIPPING
The winning bidder is responsible for shipping arrangements. We will provide assistance and accomodate all reasonable requests regarding pick-up of the vehicle.
We ship by USPS within the United States, and WORLDWIDE by USPS Priority Int'l or UPS Standard.
Insurance may be 'offered' or required. It is included in all UPS shipping quotes. It is included in USPS shipping quotes when insurance is required in the terms of the auction. When insurance is 'offered' the buyer must choose to have it included in shipping and handling quotes. It is based on the final $ amount of the winning bid.
A handling fee of $4.00 is included in each completed auction, shipping estimate.
You are responsible for all custom fees. You must also provide a phone number. We will not undervalue or mark items as gifts. Contact you local Postal facility for further information.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our Maquoketa location. A $5.00 pickup fee, per auction, will apply. All items picked up will be subject to 7% Iowa sales tax regardless of payment method or buyers address.
