Within 48 hours from the end of auction, a $250.00 deposit must be received. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. All vehicles must be paid in full within 7 days and picked-up within 17 days unless another agreement has been made prior to auction end. All non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay and a non-paying bidder complaint will be filed. We reserve the right to pursue non-paying bidders through collections, and the buyer claims all responsibility for charges associated with such processes. Bid only if you have the funds available to purchase the listed vehicle.

All buyers must pay a $150.00 documentation fee. Arizona buyers must pay 8.1% sales tax. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 42-5061(U), Out of state buyers whom pick there vehicle up from our location may have to pay sales tax according to the chart below. Out of state buyers whom elect to ship their vehicle are not required to pay sales tax to Arizona. All customers will receive a voucher showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state. Licensed dealers are not required to pay sales tax. All vehicles are test driven for major flaws. Items such as minor scratches, minor stains, and stone chips can be overlooked in our inspections. Please understand these are used vehicle and we grade them according to age and mileage. (Example: A 2002 will be graded on a much higher scale then a 1990) Normal wear should be assumed for the model and age vehicle.

At the completion of the sale, the vehicles title is requested and put into the customers name. When received, it is then mailed to the buyers mailing address. Although most titles arrive within 10 to 14 days, please allow up to 30 days for receipt of title. All out of state purchasers are provided a Vehicle Buyers Order, a Temporary Plate, and a Temporary Registration to allow immediate use and/or transport of the purchased vehicle.
