Up for bids is a 1993 Ford Probe GT.  I am the second owner, and never had any problems with it.  Everything went wrong within the past year.  Probably because I haven't driven it very much in the past two years.  The engine only has 108916 miles on it.  Electric Red Metallic.  V6 engine, automatic transmission.  Power windows, door locks and seats.  Driver's side airbag.  ABS, cruise control, sun roof, original ford am/fm cd player.  It has Hankook Ventus tires with barely 3000 miles on them.  New spark plug wires, distributor cap.  I miss driving this car and hate to part with it, but it's too much trouble for me.  Someone out there can have fun tearing it apart. Too painful for me to bear...       

  It needs major work or is good for parts.  The car runs, but has not been started in 4 months.  The engine overheated back in December and blew the head gasket.  I have another car, so it's just been parked.  I got a quote of $1800 to fix it.  A couple people suggested replacing the engine.  It needs a new muffler.  The body is in good shape: a small ding or two.  The driver's side bottom trim is cracked.  The paint is faded on the roof and hood (as most Probes are), and has recently started to bubble on the driver's side door from sitting in the Florida sun.  The interior is in decent shape, except for the carpet.  The driver's side carpeting was cut out and there is rust and a small hole in the floor board because water was coming in under the dash whenever it rained.

This car is being sold as is with no warranty.  It is located in Palm Bay, Florida and the buyer is responsible for pickup or delivery of the car.  Thanks for looking!
