Heavy Duty Utility Trailer
This trailer was custom made for a friend of mine that owned a large farm. He used it to move his Bobcat around. Note the name on the tongue, "Locke Enterprises of New York". These guys do nothing but build custom trailers. This is very nicely made. It's only about 10 years old. The cost new was around $2000.00.

The Deck is 13 feet by 8 feet and in great shape (all pressure treated wood) It has dual electric brakes (all 4 wheels), tongue jack and good tires. Although I did have to inflate them to move it from his farm. The reason for selling is that he sold his farm. Lock, stock and barrel. This was given to me for some work we did for him.

The top frame (around & under the deck) is made of 4" angle steel and 2" square tube steel. This all sits on a 5" steel frame underneath. It takes a 2-5/16" ball. The dual axels are on a pivot. Not sure what that's called. But it makes the ride better and smoothes out bumps when you're carrying a heavy load. I've towed this several times and it rides nice. The wheels look a little rusty but they're sound. They just need some paint. Ramps were not included with this trailer since he never needed them. Also, this trailer does not have a title or registration. Since the owner had a large farm he never bothered to register it when he had it build. Local farmers generally just put one of those triangular signs on the back and away they go. I've had it weighed at the local gravel mine. The trailer weighs 1880 Lbs. This is how you register a home made trailer in New York State. That paperwork will go with the trailer. I will be happy to sign a bill of sale to the new owner. Pickup and moving is up to the winning bidder. Trailer is located in Upstate New York, Fingerlakes Region near Ithaca.
