This Mitsubishi will be sold to the high bidder with NO RESERVE !!!!! The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate. No burns on the seats and no smoke smell inside make this a great vehicle. It appears that this vehicle has never been involved in a collision. This vehicle runs like the engine was very well taken care of. This vehicle has a smooth shifting transmission, and runs great. All electrical and optional equipment on this vehicle have been checked and are in perfect working condition except the power antenna will not go down, but the antenna motor runs. The exterior of this vehicle is clean, better than average. There are a couple of light scratches and very small dings. Please look at the pictures for details. Clean is the right way to describe the interior. I had 4 brand new tires installed and a NC state inspection performed. Ready to roll. Do not miss out. Fee and Tax Information: All vehicles have a $299 Document Handling Fee. Tax,tag and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Tax for cars titled in NC is 3%. A free 30 day tag is provided for all buyers. I accept cashiers check or paypal for the deposit. I only accept bank to bank wire transfer, cash in person or US bank cashiers check for balance. No personal checks or drafts of any kind.

Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A deposit of $200.00 is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1997 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and negative feedback posted.

All titles are mailed to the buyer after shipping or pick up. I buy cars from new car dealers and they do not always have the title when I purchase the vehicle due to payoffs,etc. I will mail you the title asap. A free 30 day tag is provided for all vehicles. All vehicles have a 299 Document Handling Fee. The law in NC states that if I charge a fee it must be posted and all buyers are to pay the same amount.

Hello, my name is Terry Maxwell the owner of terryscars. I personally have served the car buying public for over 30 years. Most of my career I managed a new car dealership. I am now semi-retired and sell most of my vehicles on eBay. I am licensed and bonded, bid with confidence. I own a small independent pre-owned car dealership. I am the only employee. I started buying and selling on eBay over 5 years ago. The majority of my vehicles come from new car dealer trades.

My dealership is located in Troutman NC just minutes from Statesville NC. Take I 77 to exit 42 , turn left and go 0.4 mile. We are located on the left 820 S Main St Troutman NC 28166. Look for the US boat propeller sign, we share the parking lot.

All of the great feedback I have is for cars sold. (I have another account that buys and sells other items) The majority of my vehicles are sold with NO RESERVE !!!

GUARANTEE 100% SATISFACTION : I will refund all your money if vehicle is not as described or you are not pleased in any way when you arrive for delivery. If vehicle is shipped and not as described I will refund full purchase price (buyer pays for all shipping of vehicle, must call within 2 days of delivery and have been driving less than 100 miles.

I personally drive all cars and check them out before listing them on eBay. I drive all cars at least 20 miles to get the fluids warm. I then check all electrical items, A/C, brakes. etc. I park the vehicles and let them sit 45 minutes and check for any fluid leaks on the ground. If anything does not work properly I will let you know. Of course I am only human and these are mechanical creatures.

All vehicles are on retail display . I may our may not have hand books, floor mats, and addtional keys. I generally do, if not I can obtain them at a minimal cost. I try to give the most accurate description I can. Do not assume anything not listed is included. If you are not sure about something, please ASK.

A large number of the vehicles listed are recent trades that are being sold at great prices and will not be detailed or serviced by me. Please plan on servicing and detailing the vehicle when you get it home.

Pre Owned vehicles are sold AS-IS. Pre Owned vehicles are subject to certain wear and tear both cosmetically and mechanically.

Please review terms of sale for tax, tag and $299 Document Handling Fee information. This fee helps cover my expense in listing and selling vehicles as well as the paper work involved. This fee applies to all buyers including other dealers. A free 30 day temporary tag will also be provided.

Buyers are responsible for pickup or shipping. If you wish to use a transport service I will gladly cooperate. I offer free Airport pick up at Charlotte NC (CLT) for buyers flying in. Please make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival and call before you finalize your flight.

Please call with the time and date you wish to pickup your vehicle. I am never in the office. I will meet you there by appointment. Normal pickup times are Mon-Thur 9-5 and Fri 9-3, but I will try to accommodate all buyers. Sorry closed every Saturday, Sunday and all Holidays...
