Fees:	Out of State Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if vehicle is shipped. Call to verify if you are a reciprocal state. If not you must pay Florida 6% sales tax along with your states sales tax to drive our roads. (Law). In this case door to door shipping is reccomended. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Taxes and Fees All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close. In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and a $ 299.00 dealer fee. Out of state buyers who ship vehicles pay their state and county sales taxes when registering the vehicle at their local DMV on the purchase amount. We provide all necessary forms and do not collect these taxes. If you would like to drive your new vehicle home you will pay your states taxes to Florida DMV and get a sales tax exempt form and also receive a 30 day temporary tag.
