Your bidding on what you see. I bought this in a auction. Plugged it in and you can see it's working. I don't know how this operates. I don't know if anything elce goes with it. I pushed the pump button and I don't hear anything, but the flowrate led lights up. Maybe the hose hooks up to a air compressor? Maybe it needs to be taken in and serviced? It lookes like a exspensive unit, I don't know anyhting about these so i'm selling it in untested unknown condition. Good Luck...

Payment Timelines: Currently I sell on Ebay so I can pay my bills while I’m going through school. I’m not somebody who can afford to wait along time for payment. Please, all buyers must have payment in PayPal before bidding and pay within 24hours right after auction ends! Auctions must be paid for via PayPal within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If the payment is not made buyer agrees I have the right relist after the 24 hours.
Email Response: Ebay only allows 1 response to your email. Sometimes I can get numerous emails a day. Often questions bidders ask take some time to research. If so, It’s not that I’m not wanting to answer your question that I don’t respond, but some your questions sometimes take more time, I always answer all questions, but a lot of the time I answer the questions from the buyers who’s auctions are ending first. I’m interested in emailing to the end so keep checking. I do have to do many other responsibilities in a day which includes packing and shipping many items, so my internet hours usually are 6-8 p.m. or when the auctions end M-F. Off and on, I check mail on the weekends & even later in the evenings but I usually have a very full schedule so don’t be upset & rely on instant responses to your email.
Shipping Method: It will ship USPS only if you have a PO Box or your items under 12 by 12 by 9. All other items are shipped Fed Ex with “indirect signature confirmation”. Unless you request us to have Fed Ex to leave it on the porch. If so buyer agrees it’s your responsibility If it disappears because your not around! I will have Fed Ex tracking showing it was sent and left there. If this is you and your item disappears please contact me ASAP so I can send a Fed Ex representative out to find out what happened. All my items are shipped threw a third party and buyer can contact them for quick resolve. Buyer also agrees that if they don’t request for the item to be left on the porch they will not be upset when they have to pick the item up from Fed Ex and leave bad feedback over it. If you are a residence or business it changes the postage cost so please let us know. All costs for shipping and packing are the buyers responsibility. I need full address to give shipping cost accurately...
Shipping Timeline: My intentions are to continue my 100% Pos rating. However, It takes your PayPal payment 3-4 days to reach my bank account. Buyer agrees I have that that PayPal 3-4 day bank transfer timeline and a one or two business days to get to the post office, before I send your item.
Payment method: PayPal is one form of payment accepted on this auction. I prefer the item to be picked up rather then using Paypal.
Rating Before Bidding: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any bids from a bidder with negative, hidden, or no feedback. Ask before bidding!
Damaged Items: I pack and seal all my items very well and photo each package then have my shipping company verify that the item was shipped properly and the item is in the condition as stated in auction. This allows evidence that I & how I sent it. However, any item damaged in shipping is between you and the shipping company. We are not responsible for any items damaged in shipping and will not make any refunds or accept any returns. However, Fed Ex and my shipping company is really good with insurance claims, so please do not get upset if your item is damaged but quickly email me so I can have Fed Ex go to your location and inspect your item. If buyer doesn’t ask for and pay for insurance when it’s sent USPS it’s at your own risk. Fed Ex automatically gives 100.00 worth of insurance. Buyer agrees that they will not leave bad feedback for damaged items issues since I do not work for have no control with in Fed Ex’s shipping system.
As Is: This item is being sold as is, with no warranty, and no returns accepted. Due to that please ask any questions and do not assume the item is anything more than as is no returns.
Product that’s Shipped: In order that buyer doesn’t misunderstand what’s up for auction, it is what’s seen in the photo only nothing more or less will be sent! Do not read extra product into descriptions. Even if their is a mistake in the description which leads you to believe something more is being sent, nothing more will being sent, then what is in the photos! Buyer also agrees if the buyer does make this mistake and I agree or paypal agrees to a return, buyer has to pay for return postage since I have to pay fees because you bid on my item.
Feedback Concerns: And finally buyer agrees that if your not satisfied with your transaction you will contact me and warn me of your intentions and not be impulsive and give me bad feedback. In respect, I will always do the same!
Non Compliance: I will always give you a warning first, but negative feedback will be filed as well as a non paying bidder complaint and bid banning on our auctions if these terms are not followed.
Binding Agreement: Buyer agrees when they bid on my item they have read these terms and fully agree to all the terms.
