Please remember that if you are bidding on
one of our Pre-Owned automobiles, we will make every effort to
describe the vehicle accurately and to disclose any
noticeable defects or imperfections. That being said,
any pre-owned vehicle for sale may or may not have minor
surface scratches, door dings, stone chips in the paint,
etc. from normal everyday use. It should not be assumed
that the Pre-Owned vehicle
comes with extra keys, floor mats, tool kits, key fobs,
or any other accessory that is not pictured or listed.

All vehicles are also for sale at our
dealership and we reserve the right to end any auction
for this reason. Also, vehicles may have some

By placing a bid on this vehicle you
are entering into a legal and binding contract to

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees; documentation, registration and taxes) within
7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fee and Tax Information: |
New Jersey
residents are required to pay (7.00 % taxes), ($349 Documentation Fee), ($113.50 car or $150 truck Temporary
Plate, Tag and Registration Fees, Estimated Rates).
Out-of-State
residents are required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee),
($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your taxes and registration fees to your state. If you are financing you will be required to pay applicable taxes in your state and registration fees to us
so we can properly register the lein.

Canadian Buyers: |
Canada residents are
required to pay ($349 Documentation Fee), ($25 Temporary
Registration Fee) and pay your import taxes, property
taxes and registration fees to Canada.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining necessary
clearance for import to Canada. The US port
requires the title and other ownership documents to be
mailed to them 72 hours prior to export. You must
allow time for ownership documents to be produced by us
and then signed by you which usually takes 2-3 business
days in transit time. We will then mail the ownership
documents to the US port. They will then clear the car
for export. The whole process takes about 5-6 business
days.
