For sale is 1/5 share of a 1970 Cessna 150 Aerobat with parachutes that is based out of sanford florida. You will have to pay for the fuel yourself and a 25 dollars for every hour you use the aircraft that will be applied toward maintenance, tiedown fees, management fees, parachute inspections and repacks, and aircraft equipment upgrades.
You will have so many hours a month to use the aircraft based on how many shares you own. The hours will be divided equally among the owners. Owners may not split up their share on the aircraft. The shares will remain at 1/5 of the aircraft.
I will have first right of refusal should you decide to sell your share at a later date. This aircraft will be used for private use only no commercial applications. Scheduling and payment will be handled online.
Owners will pay for the time they use up front and note the hobbs time when they take possession. If you don't use all of the time then the monies you payed will be applied to the next time, if you used more than you payed for then you will have tobring your account current to use the aircraft again. The next user will verify that the hoobs from the previous usage are correct so that all of the owners will keep everybody honest.
The aircraft weighs 1125 lbs empty and 1600lbs is max take off wieght. It's max burns is about 6 gallons an hour. With fuel being aroung 5 dollars a gallon it would cost you 30 an hour in fuel and 25 towards the usage fee a total cost of 55 dollars an hour to run. The aircraft you can rent around central florida such as a cessna 152 with ifr is going to cost you an average of 85 dollars an hour wet. The engine still has about 1350 hours left on it till tbo and the aircraft logs are complete with no damage history.
A bill of sale will be provided with sale and a contract of ownership. Owners will also have to sign a usage agreement that spells out the details and other minor items not in this ad. Every thing is up for discussion so if you have any questions send me an email. Thank you and happy bidding
