Up for auction is a 71 or 72(not sure what exact year) Lynx B vintage formula vee race car. the car is right in the middle of a conversion to formula first specs. It has a VW 1,600 cc engine, Weber carb, zero roll rear suspension, rock and pinion steering, fuel safe fuel cell, quick release steering wheel, fire extinguisher and lots of extra parts.

The car runs and drives awesome! The brake master cylinder and the left rear wheel cylinder leak. Bleeder is broken off but don't worry this car comes with a lot of extra parts. Everything you see is included. The rear body panel will nedd to be fitted and battery tray needs to be made. May need new battery, I will rapack and charge.

To race this car you will need a log book, new safety belt(mine are too old), get the fire extinguisher certified and recharged, get fuel certified, fix brakes, new tires and build the battery tray.

To complete the formula first conversion to race I believe all you need to do is build a gear bot with right ratios.

This car is not for larger people. I am 5'11 and 165 and I fit nice and snug. This should give you some idea if this is the right size for you.

I hate to sell this car and I would hate it not going to good use. I will consider trades like running sports cars or luxury cars.
