Payment Terms

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, as this makes for the most streamlined transaction for both parties. If it is more convenient for you, we also accept personal checks or US Postal Service money orders. Please allow two weeks for personal checks to clear before item will be shipped. Please advise us within three business days of your payment method and shipping address. We need to receive payment within ten business days. United States Shipping Terms

Check our freight terms, and in most cases you will find us very competitive on shipping. We will use USPS Flat Rate shipping whenever possible in order to keep your total costs low as we can. We also ship UPS when that is your preference or determined to be the best option. Please use the on-screen shipping calculator to determine freight cost on non-flat rate items, and make your preferred freight selection when bidding. We do offer Next Day Air shipping at additional cost if you need something in a hurry. We will ship to any business or residence addresses in the US that is served by USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. In most cases we will ship the same day that payment is received or confirmed. In the rare instance that we cannot ship the same day, you will be advised promptly when shipment will occur. Please note that we are closed on weekends and national holidays.

Returns and Refunds

Even though we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, there will be the rare occurrence that a bidder wishes to return an item for refund. Please note that all sales are final, and that return for refund or replacement is at our discretion.
