Certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bank/wire transfer. U.S. Funds Only.  Other payment options are available upon request.

The Deposit:
Please be ready to place a 20% deposit within 48 hours with the balance due 5 days after auction's close.  This deposit can be made by wire transfer or through certified check or money order via overnight delivery.  Make sure, if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding.

Tax, Title and License:
New Jersey residents are responsible for applicable sales tax as well as title and licensing fees.
If you live outside of New Jersey, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
All vehicles will have an added $350 Lot Fee & a $99.00 Documentary Fee (Computer Time, Document Delivery Service & Clerical Expense) These fees are over and above the final auction price.

NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours, (2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 10 days of the close of auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer. Negative feedback will follow. Vehicle will not be delivered. Lease available for qualified NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, FL, MD, VA, MA residents.
