All my offerings are put through a service/safety check by a professional mechanic to be sure they are safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, cooling system, fluid levels, etc. Of course, every vehicle will ride and drive with the engine, transmission and suspension performing as expected. If you would prefer to have a third party inspect the car before bidding, I am most willing to help you facilitate that. I know of several shops in town that will deal with you directly or you are welcome to locate one on your own. Either way, I will deliver the car there for you and pick it up after inspection for no extra charge. Of course, the shop would charge a nominal fee and would bill you directly, but I will even reimburse your inspection charges if you end up buying the vehicle!!!

I know it can be hard to buy a vehicle that you can't see in person, so I will do my best to present it as well as I possibly can through pictures and accurate description. What you will get from me is an honest, down to earth presentation with any cosmetic or known mechanical issues disclosed. What a super nice and clean van that does everything it was designed to do and does it very well. And wait until you see the service history on the Carfax report, it's awesome! My service technician checked it all over, it passed with flying colors and even the timing belt has recently been changed! This is the kind of mini-van I could gladly sell to a friend or family member, so that should tell you something! Inside and out, it has that clean and well cared for, garage kept look we all like to find. The silver metallic paint has a deep shine and color with no rust, dents or damage and the gray cloth interior is fresh, clean and comfortable with very little wear at all. Ready to enjoy right away! Of course, the ride and drive is excellent with a strong engine, tight suspension and smooth shifting transmission. And with my service/safety check done and brand new tires, it's ready for any road trip or daily duty! It does have that nice and tight feel of quality and the condition speaks of a well cared for vehicle, so you can look forward to a lot more life out of this one. Exterior

Beautiful silver metallic paint! No fading and only a few tiny dings/blems, way less than what you would expect. No complaints! The passenger side door opens up with the touch of a switch!

Factory alloys with brand new 215/65/15 radials!

From every angle, this is one sharp looking vehicle that anyone would be proud to have sitting in their driveway! Feels pretty good to be behind the wheel, too! I did find one plastic trim piece on the roof rack to be missing. No big deal if you even care.

Interior

Real nice inside, too! No tears, rips, cracks, bad stains or odors and very little wear! Obviously highway miles! The lighter does show some light useage, but I cannot detect any smoke smell.

The camera flash reflection off the carpet knap and seat velour can make things look dirty or faded. It's not like that in person!

The air is cold, all the power goodies are working and the JBL cassette CD stereo sounds great. Ready to enjoy right away!

I ask that all successful bidders please contact me within 24 hours of auction end to begin process of completing the sale. DO NOT BID ON MY CARS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH! I have no patience for people wasting my time and ruining my auctions. I promise to be fair to you, please do the same for me. This is not a video game, this is my livelyhood!
All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The vehicle will be described as accurately as I can, but remember these are used cars, they will show signs as such. As stated before, each offering is serviced and safety checked before selling, but you are not bidding on brand new cars. There will be parts of the vehicle that are not new! Depending on the age of the vehicle, the various systems involved will be at different levels of wear and there may be the typical tiny chips/scratches/blemishes and other signs of normal wear that you would expect on used vehicles. I am sure this is obvious to most people, but I just want to make it clear. I will do my best to describe all the obvious and important things so you are clear on what you are buying, but I encourage you to call with any questions you may have before bidding as these vehicles are sold as is. I will be more than glad to walk around the car while on my cell phone and describe everything I see to give you a hands on view. Customer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping, but my insurance ceases to cover anything once it is sold. Sold being described as when funds are receved in full, not at the time the vehicle is delivered.

According to Federal guidelines, all vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the mileage on these older cars, I will.

Payment must be made by cash-in-person, cashiers check, money order or bank to bank wire transfer. A $500.00 deposit will be expected within 3-5 business days following close of auction and remainder paid within 10-14 business days. If you have a special situation, please feel free to call ahead of time to discuss. I am very easy to deal with!

Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized form from the State of Florida proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit. You DO NOT pay sales tax twice! Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida.

Buyer assumes the cost of shipping. I already have contacts to ship the vehicle anywhere in the USA, I will arrange this for you, and give you cost estimate ahead of time. If you are going to fly in and drive home, I will gladly pick you up from the Ft. Myers International Airport and provide you with a free 30 day temporary plate for your vehicle. You must have insurance before a temporary plate can be issued.

All vehicles do have clear titles and are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens or brands such as salvage or rebuilt. Occasionally, a title will be in transit from the bank or dealership because of a loan payoff and may not be in my immediate possession, but will be processed to you as soon as physically possible. If you would like documentation for this, contact me, and I will get it for you.
Any buyer with a negative rating will be ignored unless he contacts me first with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!
