Good running condition, has an AMC 6 cylinder 232 cu. in in line overhead engine, 2 wheel drive, automatic transmission. Has a new fuel pump. I have been told that this is an old Post Office Jeep but I am enclosing pictures showing the U.S Army decals on the door sides. Sorry the pictures are not the best. When I purchased this Jeep locally the guy I got it from said he was told from the person that he got it from in OK that it originally was an officers jeep used to run around the base. I think it is very possible that it came from Ft Sill in OK but I can't prove that. Maybe you Army experts can determine if this is an Army Jeep or were the U. S. Army decals added later? It is painted black and you can see the U.S. Army decals through the paint. It is Olive Drab inside and under the floor mats. Looks to be original except for the tires and wheels and back lower part of doors have been cut off at an angle, see pictures. Has a matching set of tires on front P215/65/R15 and matching set on back P255/70/R15. Runs good and shifts good. Speedometer is working and shows 56461 miles, I assume is actual miles. Has a couple of dents, top rear, one on each side, one front tire rubber is cracked and one side glass rear window is cracked. Has a good title. Tags are out of date, needs to be trailered to destination. Would make a good old jeep to restore. Needs to be paid in cash upon pick up or bank transfer of money. Needs to be picked up or you make arrangements to have it picked up or shipped. Must be paid for before it is picked up. You are welcome to come and look at this Jeep, just let me know.
