Having intentions to restore it, I had it totally apart at one time but have since re-assembled most of it. The engine is all together except for the pistons and rods. The engine needs a total rebuild. The rear floor is good but the front floor pans need replacing. The car is very restorable or it can be a lead sled.  The outer frame has some soft spots in need of patching and there is some rot around the rear wheel arches. I converted the engine to dual carb set-up. The interior is shot and will need total upholstery.  It is an automatic transmission that shifted well when last tried.  I have a clear registration as this is a non-title vehicle in NY state.
