strive to meet all requests for special shipping methods or alternate
carriers. All orders for products that we have in stock will be shipped
the same day provided the order is placed before 3:00 P.M. Central
time.
Damage due to Shipping:
Due to the nature of the products being sold, all items are inspected
prior to shipment. Merchandise is carefully packaged in compliance with
carrier requirements. Visible shipment loss or damage claims must be made
with the carrier, by the customer, at the time of delivery. The customer
must note the problem on the freight bill, or carrier's receipt, and have
the carriers agent sign the document. Concealed loss or damage claims
must be made by the customer, to the carrier by, requesting an inspection
and filing a claim with the carrier.
