PAYMENT  TERMS: The successful winning bidder hereby  agrees   to send to  our Syracuse NY office via a trackable service  (Paypal, UPS, FedEx,   US Express Mail, etc.) full payment, within  3 days of auctions  end. Seller  only  accepts Paypal or a money  order. Full payment  will be made before a  pickup can  be scheduled.

PICKUP TERMS:  Winning bidder  is  responsible for either  pickup or shipping of  this unit.  Winning  bidder agrees  that they  will pick  up this  item  as soon as  is possible after the auction, and  will do so within  10 calendar  days. If more time is needed please contact us   first, by email,   before you place your bid. GENERAL TERMS: The following item was donated to charity  and  the donor is  currently holding the item to save us money  on storage   costs. We ask our donors  to hold these items until  the auction  has ended. On  rare occasions they may not  and  we will always refund  100% of your money  promptly should the  item become  unavailable.  Please do not bid on this item if  the  possibiltiy of it not being  available is unacceptable to you.  This item is  being   offered  and sold in “as-is” and “where-is”  condition and with no expressed,   written or implied warranty.  The buyer agreeds to  have the unit  safety checked  before use.  The seller has done their  best  to provide an  accurate description,    and will not be held  responsible for  inaccuracies,  errors  and/or  omissions.  While  the seller and the donor describe  all listed  items as  accurately  as  possible, unknown problems  could be present and  may  show  up at  anytime.  Seller’s  reputation is extremely important   to them and  they are not  in business  to defraud anyone. Seller  has not hidden or  downplayed  any  known  defects.  Any monetary  set asides will be made at the  sellers descretion due  to  any  incorrect  information provided by the seller or  the donor   of this item,   which, in good  faith, was, believed to be accurate.   The winning bidder   consents that  venue for any and all disputes   arising from  this  binding  contract will be in  Fresno County and the city of Fresno  CA.  Nonpaying bidders  who do not follow thru or contact us after the sale will be  held responsible for  a minimum $350 restocking and listing fee and/or the entire  amount  of there bid. The seller reservers the right  to cancel the   auction  sale due to unforeseen circumstances beyond  there control.  The buyer  agrees to  give the seller 3 days to resolve  any  disputes arising from the sale  before  leaving any negative   feedback.
